CHESSBOXINGBILL

I'm not a coach or a fitness guru.

I'm a normal guy, who occasionally works out in his garage, who studies chess and boxing.

Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at 14-years old, and being from Scotland, I'm naturally a skeptic.

I don't subscribe to the "American Dream" or the toxic positivity, "good-vibes only" movement that is happening.

I get nauseous when I hear the words "self-improvement"
but I'm also sick of making things worse for myself.
In an ideal world, I wouldn't have to exercise or
"chase my dreams" because, frankly, it's exhausting.

But the reality is, I've found exercise to be beneficial for my mental-health and physical well-being. Now, I want to share some of my process with you. Without the hype and promise of results that you have to be asleep to believe. I can share with you my experience on how exercise and routine has helped me.

I've tried to make this programme short in duration, simple to follow, and affordable to anyone who needs it.
